Simi Cabernet Sauvignon Landslide 750ML
Size
Description
SIMI Alexander Valley Landslide Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon features fruit-forward flavors accompanied by hints of spice and toasty oak notes. Made from a blend of the finest grapes harvested at their pinnacle expression, this cabernet wine's delicious profile is born in SIMI's Landslide Vineyard – named for its varied soils that were created by a prehistoric landslide – in Sonoma County's Alexander Valley. The warm climate, rolling hills, and gravelly soils of Alexander Valley make it the ideal growing region for this red grape wine, where morning fog and hot summers allow for long growing seasons. Aged for 22 months in French oak barrels, this SIMI wine is structured and elegant with ripe fruit flavors and balanced acidity. Firm, ripe tannins and a full-bodied, velvety finish make this California wine perfect for a dinner party; pair it with grilled meats, complex vegetable dishes, and pasta, or enjoy a glass of wine on its own. Store this 750 mL bottle of red wine at room temperature, but chill it for 30 minutes before serving for best taste. Please enjoy our wines responsibly. © 2025 SIMI Winery, Healdsburg, CA

About Brand
SIMI Winery, founded in 1876, is one of the longest continuously-operating wineries in California. SIMI has a long history of championing female winemakers, starting with Isabelle Simi, who took over the winery at the age of 18 in 1904 and led it with tenacity for over 70 years, striving to improve every drop of wine produced. Isabelle was a natural leader and business owner - even in 1920, when the government threw down a deadly blow in the form of Prohibition, Isabelle didn't give up and was able to keep the winery running. We attribute our mindset and success to Isabelle, who bravely persevered through adversity and demonstrated what it truly means to be a boss. Great wine begins in the vineyard, which is why SIMI's skilled winemakers source from the best growing regions in California. Our sourcing allows SIMI to craft a remarkable range of wines, from powerful, nuanced cabernet sauvignons to cool, elegant chardonnays. And thanks to eco-friendly practices and a dedication to sustainability, SIMI officially became green-certified in 2008.
